Gina Carano Talks

It seems like centuries since Gina Carano's last interview.

The proposed "Face of Women's MMA" was on-hand at Comic-Con 2011 to talk about her starring role in the upcoming film Haywire. Directed by Steven Soderbergh, the film is expected to include Hollywood heavy hitters Antonio Banderas, Michael Douglas, Ewan McGregor, and Channing Tatum.

Unfortunately, Carano doesn't talk about her delayed MMA return.

She was scheduled to face Sarah D'Alelio on June 18, but it was announced that she had been pulled from the card for failing a pre-fight medical examination. The full reasoning for her withdrawal still remains a mystery.

Recently, Carano announced in a prepared statement that she was back in training and prepping for her MMA return, but fans have heard this story before. The MMA community longs for the answer to only one question.

Will Carano ever fight again?
